Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Swaadly, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our refund, replacement, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns, No Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. All sales are final once the order has been delivered.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Missing items: One or more items from your order are missing.
  • Damaged product: The product arrived damaged, broken, or in an unusable condition due to shipping.

3. Reporting Window

To be eligible for a replacement, any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact us at support@swaadly.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A complete unboxing video with the AWB (shipping label) clearly visible

Claims submitted without sufficient photo/video proof within the 24-hour window may not be processed.

4. Verification Process

All replacement requests are subject to verification. Our team will review the evidence provided and respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Non-Replaceable Conditions

Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Natural oil separation in nut butters (this is normal and not a defect)
  • Products opened and partially consumed
  • Issues reported after the 24-hour reporting window
  • Claims submitted without adequate photo or video evidence

6. Order Cancellation

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Order preparation — including inventory allocation, packaging, labelling, and courier processing — typically begins shortly after confirmation.

Once order preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed, even if the shipment has not yet been dispatched.

We may try to accommodate genuine cancellation requests only if they are received before order processing has begun. To request cancellation, please contact us at support@swaadly.com with your order number.

7. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–9 working business days.
